Delivery times for products purchased may vary from 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet purchased or for reasons of force majeure (e.g. Courier strike). In the case of products that are not immediately available, the delivery time will be added to the replenishment and/or production time stated on the product sheet of the item. In order to be more sure about the Delivery time, we strongly advise you to view it in the "product sheet " exactly under the "price".

** Important: *The CUSTOMER must remember that the estimated days for delivery shown on the product sheets are indicative, in fact they are always expected delivery times, consequently Truckdanet s.r.l. cannot guarantee any exact delivery date.

EUROPE - Shipments to European Common Market countries will have costs that will be displayed and applied during Checkout, before making the payment or visit the " Rates and Shipping in Europe " page.

Shipping times to EUROPE can vary from 3 to 5 business days. In the case of products that are not immediately available, delivery times will be added to the restocking times listed on the item's product sheet. MODE OF DELIVERY

As soon as your order is processed you will be sent an e-mail containing the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping status of your order. CUSTOMER'S order will be delivered by the Courier who will always make two (in some cases even three) delivery attempts. The courier will always be given the telephone number provided by the CUSTOMER to facilitate the delivery of the order. In the event that the CUSTOMER cannot be found at the address indicated, the Courier will leave a card to notify of the attempted delivery in which it is explained what to do so that further arrangements can be made to receive the package.

Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must always sign a receipt.
