I get an error message when I enter my billing and shipping addresses. Why?

If you receive an error message, there may be some problem related to your credit card information, or billing or shipping addresses. The billing address must match the one in your bank's records. Check all the data carefully and look for spelling errors. You can also try reformatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often resolves the mismatch).

My order won't go through. What should I do?

If, after reviewing your credit card information and billing and shipping addresses, you continue to receive an error message, make sure the version of the browser you are using is the most recent.

I need to make changes to my order. How can I do this?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2 - 3 hours and once our offices have processed the order you will not be able to change it. At this point it is best to ask for the order to be cancelled and proceed with a new one.

I have just submitted my order. Can I add another item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any items to an existing order. Submit a new order for the desired item and contact us. We will gladly waive the shipping charges on this additional order as long as your order has not already been processed and delivered to the Courier.

Can I return or exchange items I have purchased?

All items you have purchased can be returned and even exchanged (with cost of return paid by you and that the product has not been damaged in any way), except for those products that have been CUSTOMIZED.

How long does it take to process my Return?

After we receive your package at our Logistics, your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. You will be notified of the date of that transaction (i.e. refund) by email to the address specified in your account.

Please note that your banking institution may need additional days to process the transaction and record it in your account after receiving our order.

When will you ship the goods I ordered?

Most orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the merchandise (however, we recommend that you read the shipping times listed on the card of each product purchased). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Where can I find confirmation of my order?

As soon as the ordered goods are shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address specified in your order. In the event that, for whatever reason, you do not receive an e-mail, check that it has not ended up in your Junk Mail box and add the e-mail to your address book customerservice@truckdanet.com as a safe sender.

You can also check the status of your order online through your account (if YOU have registered).

Why was my order cancelled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you had suddenly ordered is no longer in stock and will no longer be restocked. These cases are rare, but they can happen. However, if an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you within 24 -48 hours to notify you of the order cancellation. If you have ordered other items, they will be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be reversed from your order. Of course, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be credited to you immediately.
